Elberta has been treasured by home growers, market orchards and preserving families for generations. Its large fruit and unmistakable full-bodied flavor represent the traditional peach experience we want Pawnee Peaches to offer.

THE ELBERTA TRADITION
Elberta rose to prominence in the late nineteenth century and became one of the most recognizable American peach varieties. Its size, productivity and full peach flavor helped it become a major commercial and home-orchard selection.
Although newer varieties now fill many commercial orchards, Elberta remains closely tied to homemade cobbler, canning days and the flavor people remember from old-fashioned summer peach stands.
